The credit assistance we plan to provide
We plan to provide credit assistance in relation to Small Amount Credit Contracts (SACCs). Our planned amounts paid to customers are $200 to $2,000, with estimated terms of 4 to 16 weeks, subject to assessment and the final offer.
We do not provide financial advice or recommend products other than our own SACC product.
How we are paid
Bacena will receive the fees set out in your credit contract. CashLift's remuneration arrangements will be explained in the applicable disclosures before you receive credit assistance.
We do not plan to pay broker or referral commissions at launch. Website examples are illustrations. Your offer will show the actual amounts, dates, fees and repayments before you accept it.
Our obligations to you
Under the NCCP, we must:
- Make reasonable inquiries about your requirements and objectives
- Make reasonable inquiries about your financial situation
- Take reasonable steps to verify your financial situation
- Make a preliminary assessment that the credit contract is not unsuitable for you
- Provide you with this Credit Guide and a written assessment on request
A credit contract is unsuitable for you if, at the time of assessment, it is likely that you would be unable to meet your repayments, or could only do so with substantial hardship, or the contract does not meet your requirements or objectives.
