Bond & moving loans

Moving soon? Bond plus first month, covered.

A new rental needs bond + first month up front. If the timing's tight between moving in and your next pay, we can bridge the gap.

Rental bond, first month's rent, moving truck, new furniture essentials.

Common questions

Q01 Can you send the bond directly to my rental agent? +

We disburse to your bank account; you transfer to the agent. We don't integrate with real-estate bond systems — this keeps things simple and predictable.

Q02 How does my weekly repayment work with fortnightly rent? +

You can set any weekday for your debit. Pick one that's 2–3 days after your pay arrives to avoid NSF issues. Weekly repayments are set based on what fits your budget.

Q03 Is this better than a bond loan from my state's bond program? +

If you qualify for a state bond loan (usually interest-free), take that — they're almost always cheaper. SACC makes sense when you need bond fast or don't qualify.
